We're Johnson City Radon. We test indoor air and we install the fan systems that keep soil gas from using your house as a chimney. Johnson City is home base. Washington County is Zone 1. We also work Jonesborough, Kingsport, and Bristol TN because that is one labor market and one pile of rock.

We care about the unglamorous parts: closed-house hours, a device that is not sitting on a dryer, a crawl membrane that is actually sealed, and a hillside house that gets suction on both foundations.

Tennessee does not state-license radon work. We treat that as a reason to show NRPP or NRSB credentials, not a reason to shrug. TDEC's free kits are a good public-health tool. A purchase contract wants a continuous monitor and a report. Both sentences can be true.
