These terms cover the public website only. They do not create a service contract or a warranty. Cost ranges and geology notes are educational copy, not a bid and not a radon reading for your address.

The site is informational

Pages describe typical Washington County and Tri-Cities radon situations. EPA zone maps, TDEC kits, and published groundwater studies are context. A device in the lowest lived-in room is the only measurement we stand behind. The risk explainer will not invent a pCi/L number.

Quotes, phone, and email

Call (423) 455-9162, use the quote form, or write [email protected]. A submitted form is a request, not a scheduled job, until we write back and you accept the work. If you smell gas or a detector is alarming for combustion appliances, that is not a radon call. Leave and use emergency services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Tennessee law, Johnson City Radon is not liable for decisions you make from this copy, including whether to buy a house or install a fan. When we do contracted work, that agreement controls.
